Storytelling & digital communication
An exploratory and knowledge-raising project with actors in cultural and digital industries such as game studios, web agencies, communication agencies and actors working with the target group of young adults, such as the municipality. The purpose of the project is to strengthen knowledge and test efforts to reach the target group of young adults who are far from work or study. The project runs until July 2021.

About the project #andravägar
One of the labour market’s biggest challenges is to find, motivate and strengthen young adults who for various reasons have ended up in passivity, e.g. “Homemakers” and young adults who are far from work and study. Storytelling and digital communication to young people is a central part of the project, especially how digital communication can reach young people who are far from work or study. The young generation is growing up with an identity that is shaped entirely by a digital reality. In addition, the pandemic places even greater demands on more and new approaches as well as knowledge and digital adaptation. The municipalities and others point to a need to develop the way to reach young people and to develop the outreach activities.
The purpose of the project is to together strengthen the knowledge and test efforts to reach the target group of young adults who are far from work and / or studies. Through this exploratory and knowledge-enhancing project, FCV Sweden has brought together actors in cultural and digital industries such as game studios, web agencies, communication agencies and actors who work with the target group of young adults, such as the municipality.
The project #Andravägar wants to:
Achieve a common learning about digital communication with a focus on reaching young people.
Investigate opportunities and challenges in municipal activities to reach out and activate young adults.
Take inspiration from creative and digital industries’ work with motivation theory and user-friendly design in development of digital services.
Utilize young people’s knowledge, experiences and ideas around treatment and digital initiatives for young adults.
Investigate and collect good examples from Sweden. Joint learning from other initiatives in the field
